The light color may show dirt eventually and I am trying to keep the dog from racing to it everytime her stomach feels queezy. (You know how dogs are. When they feel the urge to hurl they always run to your best carpet!) We have had one spill on the rug and it came up easily. This is a good quality, easy to live with rug.

This rug is very nice. I am allergic to wool, so wool is out! This works quite well. It is exactly as pictured. It is a peaceful calming rug.
