Love the rug! Very modern look. The quality isn't veyr high, but it will last a few years of wear. Would buy it again in a heart beat.

The color is darker than what it looks like on my monitor. Instead of gray it looks more like a hazy black, like charcoal as the name implies. I haven't gotten a chance to put it in the room it will call home yet, so I can't comment on any shedding, etc. But the quality is better than expected. It's like a nice thick burbur.

It is not very thick or cozy-but we got a 3/4 " pad for under it and that adds a lot of softness. I have gotten so many compliments on this rug! I was also impressed with the speed of shipping-this was my first order with Rugs USA. I will for sure be a repeat client!

Very low pile. Looped, but perfect for my use under a dining table. Gives a lot of impact. Gray is a medium to slightly dark shade; not as harsh as black, but not blue-gray either. Stripes are of varying sizes, which is quirky and interesting. I consider this a classic pattern, but with a funky twist. Hopefully it will be in my home for years to come.

The rug was shipped quick and looks great in our living room. True to size and thickness. The rug is soft, could be a little softer, but not scratchy. Only downfall, this rug collects lots of dirt. If it sticks to your socks it will stick to this rug. I just had to vacuum a lot more (which isn't the end of the world).
