RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I really love this rug, but a major problem is that it is listed as a navy rug, when it is actually black, ivory and grey. The inner boxes are charcoal grey wool and the stripes are black. It actually matches my room better so I kept it and like it, but if you want a navy rug, then don't get this. It is tufted beautifully though and it is very dense wool. It is shedding quite a bit but I've only had it about a week. I am hoping it will get better after a lot of vacuuming.
