This rug has alot of loose wool pieces. It is thick and comfortable to sit on. I like that the pattern is not uniform.
Very nice thick rug. Great irregular design. I don't need a pad under it. Our dogs love it.

I did read the other review and took in to consideration the fact that the colors were going to appear darker in person. It looks pink/purple online and in person it is a rusty dar red. It does shed some, but it gets better after a few vacuum runs. I would definitely recommend this rug!

In general, the colors in the rug are more muted in person. With all of this being said, I would definitely recommend. Great quality, no bleeding of colors, and very soft. I got a ridiculously good deal at 75% off, so the 5 x 8 ft. rug was only $120. Crazy!

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.this rug is beautiful and super soft. i like that it isn't a symmetrical pattern and it instantly adds a pop of color to your room. the only thing about it is that it definitely looked more purple to me online and it turned out to be more on the pink side. but it doesnt matter because its still gorgeous!
