It shipped right away and arrived when they said it would. This is my second rug from Rugs USA and will not be my last!
RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I was very hesitant to order such a big (decorating/color-wise) purchase online without seeing it in person. This rug caught my eye and after months of searching (both online and in stores) I kept going back to this one and finally pulled the trigger and ordered it. I am SOOOO glad I did!! It is such a perfect fit--excellent quality, colors work perfectly with my decor and a really nice feel under your feet. I've had to vacuum it 3 times in the first week as there was a bit of shedding but I'm confident you'd get that with any rug. I am SO happy I do not have to go through the trouble of returning it. The colors are very true to what you see (at least on my screen)--the orange is not too vibrant, more dull but appealing to the eye if that's what you're using for an accent color.
