And they made a follow up call to find out if we still wanted the rugs since the wait would be so long, but in fact they are arriving sooner then they said they would, so that was good. Overall had a good experience with them, prices cannot be beat and if im in the need of another rug I will be certainly looking to buy from them again 5 stars.

The items arrived in beautiful condition. We were very pleased! One suggestion I do have is for your order tracking. When I went to check my order status it indicated that my Order will ship in 4-7 business days. I didnt know if that meant the order would leave the warehouse in 4-7 days or arrive at my house in that timeframe. Overall, this has been a stellar experience. However, I am completely impressed with the carpet tiles this merchant has to offer. The padding on the carpet tiles makes for a very plush feel. I would advise that even though it states you do not have to use spot glue to stick the tiles down, I would advise it when using smaller pieces in corners, ect. Also, it is not stated to NOT use a steam cleaner on carpet tiles. You need to spot clean only. I WILL definitely purchase carpet tiles from this merchant in the future.
