I am very pleased with the chairs, at least two of the three. One was damaged at the base frame. Your customer service is not acceptable.I called when the damaged chair was received. I was told to wait 3 days giving your company time to check and hear back from the mfg. about just receiving the front broken frame rather than returning the entire chair. I never received an email. Finally on the sixth day I called. I was told the mfg. was on the west coast and not open yet. I would receive an email with the tracking number on the part. No email was received. I called again and was told they wanted a picture. Never did they email me this information. An email was sent with the picture. Again I waited. No response. I called and was speaking to a rep. I asked her to check to see if they received my email with a picture. She put me on hold, came back, and suddenly I was cut off. I called back and spoke to Ebony who was very nice. She promised me to check into this matter. She would try to respond back by the same evening. She told me if I did not hear back to contact Sunita. Ebony was off the next day. I did not hear back from Ebony, so I sent Sunita an email. NO RESPONSE. Finally I called the mfg. and spoke to their customer service. I told them how frustrating it was dealing with your customer service. I emailed them the picture and the part is on the way. Will I buy from Rugs USA again? Never Why?
