I assumed the shade was included with the lamp. Unless it is arriving separately, there is no shade. Finally, there is no red at all in the lamp we received; it is green and gold with a little brown. Even though I asked before ordering if it was in stock, it took over a month to arrive.

RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
