First my review on Rugs USA: NEVER EVER BUY anything from these people again!!! They have the absolute worse customer service, rather lack of anywhere! They take forever & a day to ship, no tracking info whatsoever...HORRIBLE LAMP: Overall lamp is very pretty. I ordered 2 since I needed a matching pair. Took forever to get them, 3-4 weeks. Cheap thin Boxes were split open, 1 lamp was shattered, the other loose at the base. Contacted Rugs USA, took them another month to get another lamp. 3rd lamp is loose at the base & lampshade was stained. I am keeping them since the style was what I was looking for. I'm repairing the loose bases & sprayed Spot Shot on the stained shade which turned out ok. Rugs USA...get a clue, ship with sturdy boxes, not cheap thin boxes. What an ordeal...NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
