The image shown does a good job in accurately showing texture and weave, however I found the color to be quite different then shown. I ordered the rug in the bleach color and would say that It was very light-colored over all with quite a bit of a yellow hue to it. It did have quite a bit of gray weaved through it, but like I said much more of an overall yellowish hue than I had expected. The rug is thin, but holds up great. It was still a great deal compared to other jute rugs this size.

Very happy with this rug. The color is similar to shown, maybe just a bit lighter. It seems to be very well made and the weave is tight and consistent. It has a great natural texture and subtle, natural variation in tone. Don't expect a soft rug (but if you're looking at jute you probably already know that).

This rug arrived quickly and was just what I wanted. I agree with the other reviewers who said that this is a softer rug than most natural fiber rugs. It feels almost like berber carpet. Anyway, the only negative thing I will say is that the rug looks quite a bit different in real-life than it does in the picture. I ordered it in linen. I am just lucky that I still love how it looks. It's thick and substantial and has a woven texture.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality. This is a much better rug than many of this type I have seen for twice the price. The picture is a little deceiving because the weave is thicker in person than it appears in the picture. The rug is pretty soft for a natural fiber rug. I would definitely get another one.

Love the rug, nice neutral color, does not look like the photo.. it is a flat weave so it is softer then most jute rugs.
