Love the rug! Arrived in just a few days in great shape. No odd odors, color is a nice creamy beige, good quality, and it looks great in our family room. Will definitely purchase from Rugs USA again.
RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Incredibly soft and a great neutral color. Only complaints: The pile of the rug is much thicker/nubbier than the photo depicts. It is not a small, refined shag, but a giant shag, about 3/4"-1" long each. It generates an incredible amount of dust! I have never dusted my glass coffee table so much in my life. If I did it every hour on the hour it might not be enough... All things considered, I still like it and kept it.

The item is listed as "beige" on the website and the picture shows a tannish-yellow color. The rug we received is a off-white, almost grey. Not the color I was expecting at all. It says beige on the tag but this is not beige. Beige is a very light brown color....not grey.

Bad feature: - Color was not as expected based on the presentation on the website. I ordered the ivory, which on the website has a creamy hue, but in reality was off-white, a bit like a dirty snow white.
