Love the textured design and quality of the rug. The background color is more of a beige or taupe rather than Ivory but all in all a nice quality rug for the price

The quality of the rug I purchased is wonderful. It's soft and plush. Your service was prompt. I did, however, order the rug in the "ivory" color. I'm very disappointed by this so called "ivory" color. It looks nothing like the picture on my computer monitor. I understand colors on monitors vary, but this rug's background color is primarily light camel/taupe/beige/light gold - absolutely nothing like "ivory." In my opinion, "ivory" is the color of a pearl, an elephant tusk or a cameo. It is not khaki. I haven't decided if I'm going to keep this or not. I'm not sure if I can use this rug in another room. If the color had been what I expected, my rating for this product would be a 5.
