This rug is perfect in my 1927 cottage home. I have used this design, in various shapes and sizes, in three rooms to provide some unity in the decorating and it works well. These Santori rugs were an excellent purchase.

Indeed Washable, backing doesn't wash off! Dosen't need a rug pad. Nice colors for authentic period accent. Only wish is for something william morris-ish.
