I agree that Capel makes great braided rugs, but they do cost a bit too much. I would gave scored it a 6 if not for the price.

I received this braid packaged very tightly in double wrapped plastic bags. The soft hue of these rugs worked wonders for my bath. Braided rugs by Capel really do offer great quality.
