Called today, will be returning. The rug has great colors but it is misshapen and it has knots where the jute was joined in the middle. One of the knots was already open. Laura in customer service was great to work with and is taking care of the return. Back to the drawing board to find a rug for our family room.

RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a good looking rug. Just be aware that the stripes that look blue in the photo are actually purple. Quick shipping and helpful staff on the phone.
