The rug was beautiful and excellent quality. Unfortunatly what we thougt was rose on the website turned out to be orange when it arrived and we returned it. Sent an email to Rugs USA asking for samples and if they made custon sizes but NO response after 10 days. Rug was great, service lacking.

This particular rug unfortunately arrived with a small damaged area. However, RugsUSA did arrange for a pick-up for return and refund. I plan to order the exact same rug, as I really liked it. I appreciated the ease of the return of the damaged one.

The only down side is it took a lot longer to receive than expected because it was 11x14...but if you are ordering the smaller sizes I would say there is no issue. It is a country look so if that is what you're going for you can't go wrong with this.

They really pick up all the colors in the room, matching my sage couch and colors in the room accents. It looks wonderful against my light oak coffee table and oak-look floor. The multiple colors are just what I needed to not show traffic grime in this area. It is not "cooshy" to walk on, but feels like a tight braided cotton rug, so if you want a softer feel you might want a carpet pad for it (I didn't get one, and think it feels fine). Delivery was quick and easy. Couldn't be happier with the service from RugsUSA.

I am very pleased as it is exactly as pictured, especially the colors. I needed a multi-colored rug to brighten an off-white room, but that would not clash with the multi-colored curtains. The colors are perfect. So far it appears to be of excellent quality. It is just what I expected.
