These stair treads look beautiful in the photos. However, I must have failed to read the fine print. I assumed they would be braided cotton... they are some sort of nylon and the stitches are as well. Both are shiny - the stitches are gleaming more than the braided nylon in the light. They look cheap overall. Quality of the stitching is questionable and includes visibly heavy over-stitching on the oval ends Sizing of each tread is not uniform and creates a zig-zag effect on the steps, even though I tried to match like sizes/shapes. "You get what you pay for" should be the primary feedback. They will work, but they are not the quality treads I expected.
LOVE the treads, they are very unique and a great price for the quality. I could not find the specific set I wanted anywhere else. We liked them so much I convinced my parents to get a set! The colors are so vibrant and the quality of the stitching and materials is a steal for the price!
