This is the 5th rug my wife and I have now ordered. Can't beat the quality and colors. Very pleased... For a 5th time :-)

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.The brown is a lot lighter than in the picture - more like tan than dark brown, and the overall look is darker and much more blue/purple. A bit thin and definitely needs a pad. However, despite all this, I really like it in our space and the color coordinates with our multi-color slate hearth.

When I called the agent said I might have to wait for custom order but this did not turn out to be the case. There was no mention of this possibility on the website when I ordered.

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Just bought this rug. I'm not happy that the braid pieces pop up and are broken off. I'm also not happy that they are sewn together with fishing line and there are pieces of fishing line left long all over the rug. I had to crawl around on it on my hands and knees to remove the long pieces of line so my dogs wouldn't chew on them. I do love the color or this rug but the construction leaves a lot to be desired.
