I ordered this rug with 2 other rugs. All trhee came in good time. This one was the wrong size and color. I was able to return the rug. But after a month I am still waiting for the credit to our account.

Shipping worked well although was not thrilled about the added amount I had to pay for customs brokerage (shipping to Canada). I am used to having this included in the quoted price. But the rug is great and the colours are true to the picture. It looks great in our bedroom at our ski chalet.
