Do not pull loose ends, clip them with scissors to remove. Clean liquid spills immediately by blotting with cloth or sponge. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
In terms of quality, this was a decent product, so if you've bought something like this before, you probably won't be disappointed. In terms of overall "look" of the product, it's rather shoddy. They really do look like dingey little rugs. Not very classy.
To start off, waited 30 days apprx to receive the order. Way too long. No notification of the status. Pretty much left in limbo. Every piece of each carpet was crooked. Not one piece was cut evenly/correctly. In some corners, it looked as if the were burnt in a fire. Not at all what I expected for this large price. So disappointing. I really expected this product to be top notch at this price. Now in a bind because our dog cannot go up & down the stairs. Waited so long and now have to return.
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
