These rugs are well worth the money. I ordered 2 9X12 for an open concept LR/DR. I couldn't be happier. RugsUSA are wonderful to work with. I order 2 at the same time in different colors.They actually contacted me to ensure that I was aware of the shipping policy. It just doesn't get much better than that for customer service.
