I absolutely love my rugs! I had to call customer service because of problems I was having using a discount promotion. They were great and handled the issue right away with out a problem. The rugs came quickly, which was great because were for a party and I was hoping to have them for it. I would definitely order from RugsUSA again!

Love the rugs! Would give it a five but the weaving on my small rug is reversed from the large one and since they are close together its noticeable. Great wear and cleans easily!
