Shipment took less than two weeks which was great. The rug is softer than it looks. Color is spot on with the website, well the green one I mean since that is what I bought. You should get padding if used indoors

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.First, you should know that the rug is much lighter in color, overall. Didn't bother me a bit. It was delivered on time and rolled up! I had read some reviews on rugs that had arrived folded and how difficult it was to get them laying straight. Not so at all with this rug. We have it under our teak table in the sombra (read shaded patio) and it's quite lovely. It hasn't gotten very wet but splashes from the hose while watering plants have not affected it at all. We're VERY happy with this rug and would reccomend it to friends.

Unrolled completely flat, and perfect for the shaded breezeway between our home and office. Don't know how it will stand up to water or rain, but I'm hopeful it will perform well. We are very impressed with the ease of the transaction and quality of the rug.

We have two cats (who sharpen their claws on it) a large dog and it gets lots of traffic--which is why we needed it. It is neutral and elegant and receives abuse and still looks flawless. I wish our carpeting was half as good--we are going to replace the carpet but we are keeping the runner. AN A+ and we couldn't be more pleased.
