The rug was rolled with the pattern inside. One end is still not flat, one week later. I love the rug, but it should have been rolled pattern out.
RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I really like this rug. It is more muted than the picture shows, but it is comfy to walk on (I have it on my kitchen floor). The only complaint I have (and it isn't really a complaint so much) is that the loop is easy for my dog's claws to catch on, and the loops get pulled pretty easily. I don't know how it would fare outside, as I use it inside. Great purchase. Overall, I am very happy with it.
