the service was great,all items were shipped together, no partial orders like some other companies. the rugs are pretty ,i am satisfied but the quality could be better, thy are not a heavy carpet and the scatter rugs could be a tad bigger

The rug will not lie down flat and appears to have what will be permanent folds in it. I hope that it will finally go flat but it is not looking like that will happen
