The rug has high piles with an interesting mix of texture. I ordered the white rug for my daughter's room and it looks very nice and matches the white crown molding in her room. I also put a thick pad underneath the rug, but you actually don't need it. A thin pad would have suffice. The rug has a very soft feel. Very nice product.

By purchasing this carpet through RugsUSA, I saved over $900 vs buying it in Canada....and it's exactly the same carpet! It's made in the USA so there was no duty bringing it over the border. It?s very easy to take care of. My vacuum [Miele] has no problem fluffing up the pile. A great little find that?s value priced.

By 2005 we moved to a larger apartment and bought another in the same color (4x4) to complement. So, here we are going on 10 years with the original and it's still as good looking and soft as ever! Mind you, we have 2 dogs and you know what comes with that...vomit, the occasional puppy accident. A bit of Nature's Miracle and regular steam cleaning takes care of it no problem. I'm now looking to buy a 3rd as we've just moved into a house and have more floor space to cover.
