Arrived in the time promised, exactly as ordered. I had seen it in stores so I pretty much knew what it should look like. This rug is wool made to imitate a sisal look, so it's light and casual. The edges are bound in a way that isn't perfectly even, as if they just cut off a section in the size ordered and bound it. I'd recommend seeing it in person at a retail store (lots of stores seem to carry it and have one on display) to make sure the look is what you want. I don't think the pictures online are very helpful given that there isn't much color or pattern here. I like this rug, but it's very neutral and plain and there isn't anything really striking about it.

Thought we had found a good deal on this rug (actually have the 8X10) but after less than a year I think the rug is literally disintegrating. We find a significant amount of white powder (like a fine sand) under the rug on a continual basis. Vacuum it up and it comes right back in a week. I am not talking about a little powder I am talking cups worth. I think the backing of the rug is just disintegrating as the rug slowly falls apart. The rug sits in the dining room with very little foot traffic. I am afraid that this rug is not inexpensive its just cheap.

If I had looked closely at the photo I would have noticed the weave showed every row. The rugs texture was very rough and thin. Infact the rug looks like it has dog hairs in the weave.The color was a very nice rust color, but darker than I expected.
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.I ordered the paprika and the color is right on.The reason I did not like the rug is the texiture of the rug. It almost reminds me of an outdoor rug. This is a loom rug therefore the lines in the pattern are very noticeable. The rug has the look of a berber texiture, and does not have a rich formal look that I wanted. The rug arrived very quickly within a week.
