This is a beautiful rug but it sheds very badly. I had it on a wood floor and the floor was covered in wool. If the kids lay on it, they are covered in wool. The baby is eating wool. Not a good situation for us. I am disappointed since it's exactly the colors I was looking for. RugsUsa has been great to deal with so far though.

The rug is cute in my 2yr old's room, & it's soft, but it sheds too much. I vacuum it weekly. I've had rug about a month & continue to get a layer of red dust on the walltowall carpet & everything else surrounding the rug, & there are red fibers on our clothes and in our hair. It's extremely annoying. I assumed vacuuming would cure the problem. it did not, and now it's too late to return it. I'm told that shedding can be temporary or last the life of the rug. Wonderful.
