It took over 2 months to get the rug and it came damaged. We have had difficulty reaching RugsUSA to get the exchange/return process handled. Every email is greeted with a "we will get back to you in 2 days" which usually means 3 days. The rug is a thin pile and doesn't feel as thick as the classroom rugs we have gotten from competitors. We hope it will be durable... we will see.
I purchased this product for my classroom, and it is good so far! The rug looks wonderful and the quality is great! It is working well for a classroom of 19 little ones. Great product!
RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Although this is marketed for a kid's room, we bought the round 6' rug in red, as an accent rug under an informal area of our kitchen. It is not as dark a color as pictured, more orangey-red. Still, it's a nice quality, with a narrow, black border on the outside edge. It isn't quite lying flat - a little rippling - but we think it will settle. We're happy with it, and the price was good.
