The rug is a beautiful shade of black dark as night. The pile looks expensive and thicker than u can see online. I bought the biggest size and its huge. The back of the rug has nice rubber on it so no pad is needed. The rug has a bit of height to it so it doesnt look like a towel thrown on the floor it looks rich and plush. The best thing about the rug is the price with discount it cost me about 58 dollars. Other sites charge at least twenty more for same rug. The rug looks like its worth three times as much. I love it Very classy

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Lesson learned: Black carpets attract all sorts of dust, dirt and dog hair. Carpet quality is fine but I wouldn't recommend buying a black rug unless you really like to vacuum.
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.I purchased these rugs so my dog wouldn't slip on the new floor. They worked wonderfully. Then we got a puppy and she started to pull them apart. They do pull easily. But they clean wonderfully and do not cling to odors. I liked them so much I ordered these two to replace the older ones that the puppy pulled. Amazingly enough she seems to b finished and even where she did pull them it isn't very noticeable.
the rug itself was very good quality for the money. however, the shipping and time it took to be shipped and eventually delivered was far from acceptable. the rug was ordered on 8/16 and not received until 9/14. Much too long for an 'in stock' item.
