RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.We ordered the largest of this style over 6 months ago and decided to order two more of the smaller size to cover up more of our floor.. I ordered (2).. when the shipment arrived I only got (1).. I was very disappointed BUT.. after contacting Rugs USA, they were very sympathetic and quickly ordered the 2nd rug. There was a an almost 2 week time delay between shipments but the 2nd one is due here next week. Yes, disappointed I didn't get both at the same time but appreciate the quick resolve. The rugs are very good quality and I would purchase from Rugs USA again! P.S. Mistakes happen..!!!!
