The product is excellent, is a piece of art! But watch out, some of them have reversed image. I purchased a smaller one, love it, then I purchased another one, got a reversed image. It is very disappointing, no one wants to read a reversed Chinese characters. It is a defective product, apprarently no one at Home Dynamix has the knowledge about it. The service of RugUSA is excellent. Those girls are great! Thanks for the patience and help.
