A really nice, soft, fluffy rug! Looks great next to my son's bed, and he loves getting up and sinking his feet in to it! Order process could have been better- I think they actually lost the order- they were VERY slow to ship and unresponsive to several of my emails. When I called customer service I was on hold for 10 minutes,and then they said they couldn't help me. So frustrating. I got no shipping order confirmation, and then the rug just showed up- 14 days later. Not all experiences are this way- I had ordered another rug AFTER ordering this one, and it was very quick to ship- the same day I ordered it, I got a confirmation, and I had it within 3 days of ordering!

When I called, I was told that this rug was not a shag. I did not want a shag rug because I needed a rug that could go underneath my desk chair that has wheels. This rug has long shag that is about 2 inches long. I am very disappointed.

RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
