Beautiful dark red color to this rug. I already own other rugs from this company and love them, that is why I went with them once again. The dense fiber count is wonderful under your feet. It is solid, but not stiff. I highly recommend this rug.

Rug had so strong a chemical smell that it had to be removed from the house after 24 hours after arrival. Caused headache! Exhaust ventilation in the room where it was placed failed to remedy the problem. Pretty but toxic. Disappointing.

The runner arrived as promised, looks great. The best part was that it costs half as much with Rugs USA than with Allen carpet - and it is the same item as is carried in their stores. Hope to do business with you again

I placed an order the middle of Oct. 10 and was advised shortly after that it was back ordered and was not expected be until the end of Dec. Because it was over 30 days I was offered to have my money refunded which I accepted. I called in early in Jan. and was told that the vendor had received their order and the rug would be shipped. A couple of days later I rec. an e-mail to confirm this and to my surprise I rec. it 3 days later. Good service!!!!! amazement I received it 3
