This is a great rug for a family room; it looks and feels nice and withstands heavy traffic. We added carpet padding (can buy at any home-improvement retailer) underneath to give the rug more cushion. Without the padding, the floor can be felt through the rug. With the padding, the rug is perfect!

This rug is great. It keeps its fluff and vacuums well. It's like a piece of artwork in my family room. I only wish it had also been available in the 33" x 59"in size as well. Also delivery was quick.
