It's a good rug for the price - shopped around awhile and Rugs USA was HALF the price of other places for the exact same carpet. My only problem: packaging and shipping. The carpet was packed in plastic which was abraded during shipping, opening a hole and soiling the carpet - it arrived that way. Also, the phone number I sent was communicated incorrectly to UPS, and the door address was wrong (thankfully I was waiting out front when the UPS guy arrived otherwise more delays).

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
