No complaints whatsoever: it's a very attractive rug with a nice deep pile (but not too deep for rolling office chairs). The complexity of the pattern makes it look much nicer than other rugs I've seen in this price range. One note: it arrives fresh from the factory, so count on a few days for it to air out if you don't like the smell of fresh chemicals.
