Satisfied with this purchase! The rug arrived quickly and looks great. This was my third purchase from Rugs USA and once I did a return which also went smoothly. I will continue to buy from them.

I am satisfied with my purchase; the rug is good quality for its price range. I purchased the black rug and the colors are true to the photo. The rug's pile is thick and cushy.[...] My only issue was, it did not relax and lay flat after two weeks. I solved the problem by turning it over, covering it with a towel and using a steam iron on the back side of it. A minor irritation, but something anyone purchasing should be aware of. I loved the vast selection of styles, colors and sizes I had to choose from. Earlier, I signed up to receive notifications thru my e-mail and used a coupon code which I received for added savings.
