My experience with Customer Service was excellent! The rug is beautiful and was better than I expected. I would certainly purchase again from RugsUSA if I have a need.

Both confirmed on the order and then I got a message that both shipped. However, i only got the runner. I called and asked about the larger rug and was told it was on back order. I have not received it!! This review again asked about both rugs! I am very concerned that no one is looking out to ensure I get the 2nd rug. I do not need the runner without the other rug. It was VERY important that I got both rugs at the same time as I have my house up for sale and wanted to replace my current rugs to new better looking ones. The runner is in my garage, unable to be used as it does not match the 3x5 I currently have. I love the runner! and am very excited about getting the 2nd rug. Just wish it would get here NOW! If the house sells before I get the 2nd rug I will most likely return the runner and cancel the 2nd rug as I will not need them and cannot use one without the other. See what you can do to get the second rug to me quickly so I can rate your company highly!!!(and can hopefully sell my house quicker!!)
