Great product! Beautiful colors

Never saw the product. Was told delivery in 5 days, then delivery in 11 days, then that they were still "making the rug". Needed the rug for a specific event and was told I would not get it in time, so went out and got another suitable product (spent my day off doing so). In the end, your product was delivered the day I needed it, but since I had already gotten something else, I refused delivery. The staff at RUGSUSA could not have been more helpful or accommodating, but were limited by the information given by the company that made the rug. Too bad - your product was less expensive than what we had to purchase in the end.
