I am completely satisfied with this rug! I was attracted to this rug because I liked the sketched look of the traditional mandala patterns. I think it gives it a modern, sort of trendy feel. I was a little worried about how the polyester fibers would feel. It's not the softest, but it is soft. I haven't had any issues with shedding or a funny smell. Although colors vary based on which computer monitor you're using, I find that the colors in the picture are slightly darker than the rug actually is. This is probably so you can see the details more clearly. The colors are still beautiful: sand beige background with moss green, clay brown, dusty blue, and cafe con leche brown mandalas.
