great rug!! I wish it had an embroidered edge instead of a taped edge.

My review is about Rugs USA, not the product I ordered (which is just what I wanted, but I knew that already as I had same in another size). I had ordered the same rug from another company and been strung along with promises but never any follow through or actual delivery; blame of things on "our shipping agent" and others. I finally got $$ back, and re-ordered with Rugs USA and my heart dropped when their first message indicated a needed wait due to backorder. This sounded like the story from the first company! But Rugs USA followed through, kept me up to date on the status over time and...my rug is here! Thanks for your follow through and being true to your word! (becoming rarer in this day and age???) Much appreciated!
