I really liked the Gel-Pro at first. I bought two-- one for the sink and a runner for the island. After a few months the corners began to curl up. I tried re-rolling to flatten them but nothing works. It's too bad because otherwise they are great to stand on. Now I trip over the ends & I'm looking for replacements.

These mats are a bit pricey but they are so durable and well made they are definitely worth it. Keeping them from being pushed up on your cabinet will insure the edges from lifting. Limited size and color choices are their only down fall.

I bought this for my mother for Mother's Day. She has tile floors and the hard floors were hurting her knees. This mat has helped her from receiving so much pain. It looks very pretty and doesn't slip. It feel sooo good underneath you feet!!!! It is easy to clean, if it cost more, I would still buy it! Thanks for the this wonderful miracle, Robbie

I bought one of these for my 84 year old mother who likes to cook, but the tile floor in her kitchen is hard on her back. It works great! And we are going to get a second one. She really likes the fact that it is an attractive mat and doesn't look industrial. It is completely sealed even though it has a woven appearance. It is easy to keep clean. We are very glad we found it. Thanks so much!

I have a tile floor and it was killing me! I ordered one for in front of the sink and it is wonderful!! It is great when you are doing dishes and food prep...takes the ache outta job. I like the tapered low profile edges, it removes the trip factor of having a run on a smooth surface. Highly recommend for elderly.

the mat is so effective, that after a few short minutes working on it and then getting off of it, I got dizzy & felt ever so slightly sea sick. I've never gotten sea'sick in my life!!

SO FAR SO GOOD. HAVEN'T HAD THE RUNNER LONG BUT ANYONE WITH A CERAMIC TILE KITCHEN FLOOR AND SPENDS A LOT OF TIME COOKING WILL APPRECIATE THE CUSHIONING. AS PREVIOUSLY STATED IT COULD BE A BIT WIDER CONSIDERING THE COST.

It's not the product that's bad - the product is good! It's the price! The sale price of $99 for the 36 mat is the RETAIL price from the manufacturer and everyone else who sells this mat.

This mat is very comfortable and unobtrusive. It stays put on my hardwood floors. Despite the waffle weave, it's very easy to clean. My only gripes - after 6 months the edges are no longer flush with the floor - a potential tripping hazard. Also, don't fold the long rug in half to clean under it - roll it. I folded the rug in half once and now there's a bump in the middle of the rug that won't go away.

The Gel Pro Mat has really made a difference--substantially reducing chronic back and hip pain. I couldn't use it for several days while painting the kitchen, and I immediately noticed a difference. Have recommended it to arthritic friends. Also it's easy to clean and looks great.

After one year the edge on all four sides of the Gel Pro Chef's Mat no longer lay flat on the floor. This results in a tripping hazard.

I purchased this product to relieve back and joint pain while standing in the kitchen. Was so impressed that I purchased one for the bathroom. Love the appearance, but love the effect on my back even more. Would highly recommend - well worth the money.

Gel Mat knows they have a problem with curling edges. They generously replaced ours, we had bought two, as they did a friend of ours. All the new ones curled, too. These mats are very comfortable, very nice looking, but they have a major flaw. The curling edges, not just the corners, are dangerous. They say they've fixed the issue - then why did all four of the second batch curl? It's too bad, because it could be a great product. Stylewise, comfortwise, nothing compares.

Perfect for protecting my maple wood kitchen flooring. Coquina color matches exactly. 6' size is just right. My pups do not slip on it. The thickness is perfect too.
The one surprise is it is cold when in your bare feet- compared to a rug. A bonus if you live in a hot climate, I need slippers in Chicago winters.

We purchased the 20X72 gel mat for our kitchen and I do not know how I survived without it. We have a rock floor and I have bad feet but not with this gel mat! It is fabulous and I would HIGHLY recommend it as it is worth every penny. Just wash it off with a damp cloth. Easy maintenance and great quality.

I have wanted a gel mat for some time, my husband purchased it for my birthday. It is light enough to move to other areas for use when doing different things, I hope to get another one soon.

I use my kitchen a lot and my lets gel has been one of the bets additions to my kitchen. my tile floor was very hard on the feet but lets gel has added a great deal of cushion . It's like floating :)

This product is absolutely amazing. I spend much time in the kitchen and experienced pain in my feet from standing for so long. I purchased this mat and the pain went away. It is a nice looking mat and feels great under feet. I would recommend this to anyone who spends lots of time in the kitchen or in another place in your home. It works wonders, i couldn't believe they made a mat as such, and it REALLY WORKS!! Best purchase i ever made, inexpensive and does the job.

I can't imagine what Unsatisfied from Anytown expected: a Tempurpedic mattress? Ours lives in front of the sink and dishwasher on a blond ash floor. Easy on the feet, easy on the eyes, and a dream to clean. Whether you're barefoot, in slippers or in street shoes, it gives just the right amount of bounce for comfort. And the color (truffle) is a perfect match with our solid cherry cabinetry. Love my chef's mats. They are a dream to stand on! My only problem is they slide around on the tile floor and I am constantly moving them back where they belong.
