My first purchase was used in front of my kitchen sink, and was so comfortable I had to order another mat to run the length of my stove and kitchen counter work area. You don't need any anti slip product underneath it either. It stays exactly where you put it. I would recommend this product for anyone who stands on their feet for long periods of time cooking in front of stoves or any other project that you may be standing on your feet for long periods of time.

The best thing about the mat (besides the comfort of it) is the size. My friend has a small mat and standing in one place is required in order to get the benefit.
