I love the rug. It is very high quality for what we paid, however I only gave it a 3 because I think rugs USA is a very poorly run company. I ordered the first rug from them back in August of last year itis now April. The first rug never came and after at least 10 phone calls and double the emails with no response I had to have my credit card company handle it to get my refund. I had a groupon so that was my incentive to try again, which I did, and the rug came and it was very different from the picture. Again tons of unreturned emails and calls and it took the BBB to get them to respond. Long story short, great rug, terrible company.

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I love this rug. It really does great in my room. It opened the room and is much brighter.
