I purchased the Bailey rug and 2 of the matching runners. All are good quality with no flaws,quality finished edges,colors are true to the photos and so far have worn very well (rug is less than a year old, runners are less than a month old). Delivery time was as advertised. This is a good company to do business with!

This rug is true to the description and will serve the purpose well. I must say that I ordered the comparable rug from the same manufacturer several years ago and the quality is not as good.

The quality of the rugs is very good and they have a nice, plush feel to them. I also have to say that the customer service I received was excellent. I had an issue placing my order online so I had to call. The representative was fanatastic and took care of everything right away! The darker blue in the picture is actually a very dark navy blue in reality, and the lighter blue border in the picture is almost exactly the same (perhaps a little lighter) in reality. The rug looks very sharp and is soft and cushiony underfoot. My only concern is regarding the edge of the rug, which is woven thinly, so you can see through to the mat underneath in some areas.

The rug looked exactly as I thought it would and was much thicker than I thought it would be. I ordered 1 larger one and the same on weeks before and did not know if the dye lots would be the same for the last rug and it was a perfect match!

It looks so much better than the picture with its subtle shadings in the light. I couldn't tell from the image whether this rug was a loop or a pile/twist. It is not the loop and I was very pleased because I did not want my dog pulling at loops with it's paws. Rugs USA was professional; I highly recommend them.

I have two cats who completely destroyed the jute rug I had, and bought this for a guest room/office. So far, stains from accidents have been easily removed.
This rug was originally misdelivered, and the seller collected it and got it back to me with only a couple of days delay. The 7'7 square rug perfectly frames my queen bed! Really nice quality.
