Milliken Modern Times Calypso Alabaster

It's a nice rug, but the color was very different that what showed on my PC. Probably not RugsUSA's fault/. Good quality, lays flat, nicely finished edges--just don't care for the color.

Item is as described and worked perfectly for the room intended!

I purchased 2 of the ebony, and am very satisfied. This product is very reasonably priced, and looks great. The pile is not as thick as I would have liked, but I am satisfied that it looks great in my living room, as well as my dining room.

It looks better in person. It's too bad the picture looks so fake because I was afraid I'd hate it. Only problem is the rug has a very strong odor. I'm still trying to give it another week or so before I complain. Other than that I like it very much.

i have the alabaster 5x9, The rug arrived 10 days before i expected it, perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. The colors of the rug matched perfectly with its picture. I have now 5 rugs of different styles and have been extremely pleased with quality and service.

It's beautiful. Longer than I thought. Didn't fit in my truck and had to transport it another 150 miles to my cabin. It was packaged well and traveled on top of my SUV with no problems.

I ordered the largest size in the gold color so when the delivery truck pulled up I went out to meet the driver as he struggled to unload the block-long roll of carpet. It was immediately apparent there was significant damage to one end of the roll from being dragged. (It is far too long for one person to carry) I ultimately decided to accept it from the carrier but I later found even more damage. The damage was all on the back side of the rug so I spent the evening cleaning and taping it - yes, taping it. The price was right, the rug is okay but Rugs USA needs to know that the larger carpets MUST be packaged for shipping much better than this.

The rug looks very nice except for two dark lines on it. These lines are not part of the pattern and are 2 inches wide and about 14 inches long on one end of the rug. They may come out with scrubbing. The rug has been putting out a bad odor that smells like used motor oil. It causes our eyes to water for both my wife and I. We have been airing the rug out for a couple of weeks hoping it will eventually stop stinking.

Great rug! Looks just like the photo with the exception of a little light grey in a couple of the little squares and a little in the white lines! I like it!! Fast shipping!! Layed very nice right away!!

This rug looks exactly as it did online. We were able to trust the color and design and it matches our room exactly. Having an acrylic backing it is not very thick so I might recommend padding underneath. So far it is a great buy for the money and it arrived in the time promised. Time will tell how it wears but with the high price of carpets this was a unique find for a reasonable price!

For my purposes, this purchase works perfectly. I needed to make a "splash" in the master bedroom in my vacation rental and it did just that. The value for the money is great. I was prepared to send it back if the colors conflicted. I was happy that the lighter "blue" squares were more to the grey than periwinkle that shows on my computer screen. The navy blue background is darker than shows on my screen, which also works in my room.

This is a very sturdy carpet. The color of the carpeting in the picture is correct--great price too.
