Question: Hello, what type of pad size do you order with an oval rug (3'10" x 5'x4")? Also, is there a restocking fee if the rug has to be returned because of the color? Thanks

Answer: We would recommend ordering the 3x5 size and cutting the edges of the pad with a scissor to fit the dimensions and shape of your rug. There is no restocking fee for orders returned for color.
