Rug arrived with awful burnt rubber stench that never dissipated. Assumed this was due to newness, was very wrong. Rug was also 6 smaller than advertised & showed white threading in seams that were visible on the surface. After many phone calls [...] Momeni would do anything about this. Ultimately I had to dispose of this rug - a complete loss. Obviously keep away from this rug but also be wary of [...] Momeni if you expect any after purchase consideration following their 30 day return policy..
