The rug is luxurious and still looks lovely after being washed.

After over a month wait, I received the Momeni New Wave 06 Black 5'3 x 8' rug damaged with multiple spots. Rug was promised to be picked up last week, and was not. Also I was told once rug was picked up, another one would be sent: this remains to be seen. Im giving this rating a 'middle of the road' rating....as this should be a good product and this rug I received may not be a representation of Momeni's quality or Rug Sale's service. I will follow up this review with another one shortly once this issue is resolved.
